Return and Exchange Policy

Customized Costumes:

• For custom-made products, please provide us with your actual measurements according to the measurement standards we provide. We do not accept returns or refunds if product issues arise due to measurement size problems caused by the customer.
• Customized ballet dancewear cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there are major defects in the product due to our production issues.

Return and Exchange Policy for Defective Products:

     We don't hope to hear that customers have received any defective products. We carefully inspect and confirm all products with our customers by taking photos before shipping them. However, in the rare case of an unexpected issue,If the product has quality issues, we are happy to exchange the item for the same product or provide a full refund (including shipping costs). please contact us by email: info@edancetutu.com or Click Contact Page.

Return Policy:

• Please contact us within 3 days after the tracking shows the product has been delivered. We do not accept returns beyond this time frame.
• Please provide pictures of the defective product.
• Provide proof of purchase, order number, and reason for return.
• Packaging must be unopened and in the original packaging.
• Clothing - Manufacturer labels must be intact and not soiled, worn, or washed.
• The customer is responsible for the exchange postage to us and we will send the exchanged product back to you.(Return costs are listed in the table below.)

     We will not process any refunds until we receive and inspect the returned product to meet the conditions set by Edancetutu.com. Once we receive the defective product and it meets the refund criteria, we will refund it to your account through the original purchase method within 48 hours.

Cancel Order:

       After the order is completed and payment is made, we will communicate with the customer via email to confirm the order. During this period, customers can cancel or modify the order. As the product is made to custom size, customers can modify the size of the order during the production period. Once the product is made, customers will not be able to cancel the order.
