How To Care For Your Tutu
Cleaning
We prefer and recommend you not to clean your hire tutu/costume and to notify our staff on the return of you hire.
The laundering fee is included in your hire unless the damage is not able to be fixed in which case there will be an additional fee (this is stated in our terms and conditions which you sign before picking up your hire).
If you have a long term hire and the stain requires cleaning before your next use carefully wet the spot only with warm water and use gentle soap or colour safe stain removers if absolutely necessary.
Do not over rub the embellishments or fabric and try to avoid wetting the tutu net or unaffected areas.

Storing
All our tutus are best kept laying flat. To avoid dust and mould we recommend you store the tutu in the bag provided.
Keep the bag unzipped for airflow and to keep the tutu from getting musty.
If you live in a humid area we prefer the tutu to be off the ground and lay flat on a spare bed or wardrobe.
If your home is prone to being damp or humid you may also use moisture absorbing products as long as they don’t touch or leak on the tutu or costume.
For storage of dresses, leotards and other costumes please hang in their garment bag, preferably away from where they could potentially be squashed against other clothes.
